Images depict aerial view of construction location at Hughes Airport in Los Angeles; the fuselage portion of the the aircraft en route to Long Beach Naval Shipyard; aerial view of plane in water adjacent to its assembly location at shipyard; interior of plane with Howard Hughes and other crew at the controls; and the aircraft in water during test run.
